“After this many of his disciples turned back and no longer walked with him. So Jesus said to the twelve, “Do you want to go away as well?” Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life, and we have believed, and have come to know, that you are the Holy One of God.”” (John 6:66–69, ESV) In a world that is increasingly turning hostile toward the good news of Jesus Christ – I have this one simple question: “To whom shall you turn? ” There is no one else who can save you / me. There is no one else who has the words of eternal life. No ‘religion’ has or can offer what only God can provide – fulfillment of your / my purpose in life. There is no other name by which we may be saved. We know there is no other ‘new birth’ to a new life other than in the Lord Jesus Christ. Why would I ever turn from the Gift of Life, Given By The Author of Life – JESUS?
