Lord, you are the same tonight, last night and forever and what an assurance it is to me / us that you never change – your love, mercy, grace, holiness, fairness, forgiveness, your provision … everything about you is always the same. In a world of changes, we thank you for being with us tonight and we do not have to wonder or worry about where you are or what you will do – for you are in the same place and doing the same God things that you have ever and always done. In you O Lord do we find our rest, peace, joy and life in Christ Jesus. Amen
