What a day you have given us Lord, I felt your presence and your strength – your peace and your joy in every moment of this day, through every difficult challenge and joyful events you were with me and your rod and your staff comforted me, you prepared me a meal in the presence of my enemies, you have anointed my head with the ‘oil’ of the Holy Spirit and my cup has run over, surely your goodness and mercy will abide with me always and I will abide with you and you with me through this night and forever in the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen
