O Lord our Lord as you have brought me to the close of yet another day, I bow before you and give you thanks. This day that you gave me was a gift I never deserved but I thank you for it and I pray that you will allow growth to the seeds of love you permitted me to plant; that you would fertilize the Words of Christ that I shared with others and let them swell up into a great harvest for your kingdom in your time and your way. Lord, I pray that my failures today, the things I got wrong as well as the opportunities I missed, Lord may they quickly fade away and may those whom I missed the chance to encourage and bless today pass the way tomorrow of one more faithful than I was on this day. Father, forgive me and cleanse me and help me to see, if it be your will, that tomorrow is yet another gift and I do not want to make those mistakes again. Lord help me I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
