“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.” (Matthew 10:29–31, ESV) God knows all and he is over all. We can rest and find great comfort in the fact that the God who created all things, knows the number of hairs on your head (and for those who may think that not a great feat since you have none he also knows everything about everyone of us). This is how much God cares and is attentive to us. If his eye is on the sparrow, you can rest assured he is watching you also. We can trust God no matter what happens today. If we fall then God knows of it before it even happens. God is in control of all things, he is over all things and he cares for you. So, go into this day with peace knowing God is in control and on patrol. Amen.
