“If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.” (Romans 12:18, ESV) We never have any control over how other people live.
But
We always have control over how we will live. So, let us choose right now in the quiet moments alone with Jesus: “I will, by God’s grace, live peaceably with all. I will not let someone else’s actions or attitude determine my choices – I choose now to follow Jesus in loving my neighbor as myself – NO MATTER WHAT I will keep my ‘side of the street swept’! Amen
