“In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace,” (Ephesians 1:7, ESV) Have you ever heard a statement like this: “I just can’t believe God would condemn them to hell.”? God doesn’t send anyone to hell, we accomplish that completely on our own. What God does is redeem all who would put their trust in the Savior Jesus Christ. The riches of his grace are riches beyond measure – he is giving us what we do not deserve – giving us the gift of eternal life in Christ Jesus by the suffering and death of Christ Jesus to pay for our sins / my sins. May my heart never cease to see and sing the beauty of this truth – I am redeemed, redeemed, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb – redeemed, redeemed, redeemed forever by the payment Jesus Christ made for my sin. I rejoice in the Lord and shout and sing that I am redeemed by the blood of the Lamb!
